This Network is a fellowship of believers called to serve as guardians — protectors who create safe places for worship, discipleship, and evangelism.
Our strength is not in weapons or tactics but in faith, discipline, and obedience to the Holy Spirit.
We stand watch not only at the doors of the sanctuary but at the gates of the human heart — protecting both body and soul so that the Gospel may go forward unhindered.

Every believer who stands watch to protect the church walks in a sacred calling patterned after the shepherd, the watchman, and the servant-warrior.

The Central Virginia Church Safety Network exists to unite, equip, and support local churches in their efforts to protect their congregations with wisdom, accountability, and faith.
We believe that every church — large or small — plays a vital role in regional safety. Churches with established teams can share experience and insight. Churches just beginning can learn, grow, and receive practical help from others walking the same path. Even if your church doesn’t yet have a team, you're not behind — you're invited.
👉 Each participating church appoints a Safety Team Director, a trusted leader confirmed by church leadership, who then approves members to access the network.
👉 Don’t have a team yet? Reach out. We’ll help you understand the first steps, connect you with others who’ve started from scratch, and provide resources and training to guide your journey.
